★ Biography:
Shiina is the youngest of the three sons from the Inafune Corporation. His family is extremely wealthy, dealing with development and manufacturing of machineries. As such, they have deep connections with the Japanese government. From very small, he had to learn to depend only on himself and trust near to no one, with exception to his grandmother from his mother's side. She passed away a few years prior to him coming to Hoshizora High, leaving him with most of her fortunes.

He does not get along with his older siblings, who are his half-brothers. His relation with his mother is impersonal. He stopped consult with his mother as he learned early on she was weak against his father's side of the family. Obstacles like this does not get him down, and he grew up with his own idea of how he want to run his life. He tested the water many times by pushing for things he wanted and usually got away with it.

However, when he refused to take the entrance exam for high school more prestigious than Hoshizora, he was reprimanded greatly and his parents made sure he knew they would not pay for his tuitions. Shiina was not discouraged, as he got in with the scholarship and he still has what his grandmother left him to get him by.


★ Preferences & quirks:
Eating habits: He prefers to eat fruits in their natural form - with exception of sauce and soup; he refuse to eat any dried fruits. His favorite type of fruit is grape tomatos (one can always find it freshly stocked in Shiina's cooler). He would never eat any junk food and he feels like throwing up everytime he tastes something overly sweet.
"So, what's the next step?" is sort of his motto: he doesn't often pause to revel too long in his successes and immediately seeks for the next goal. Shiina's incredibly harsh on himself when he hits a wall but would bounce back and use that as the driving force to overcome the hurdle.
He detests wasting valuable time doing nothing and doesn't particularly like it when people spend too much time arguing on a topic instead of figuring out how to resolve the issue.
He likes to achieve the goals on his own whenever possible, because he knows that he cannot expect the same level of work ethics from others while working in teams.
He wears sunglasses most of the time because he noticed that people are less likely to mistake him for a girl.
